1. Service Eligibility

Our services are intended for adults (18+) residing or operating within Florida. Use of our services for unlawful or deceptive purposes is strictly prohibited.

2. Booking & Consultations

Initial consultations are complimentary and non-binding. Booking services constitutes acceptance of our customized service terms, including applicable fees, scheduling, and care expectations.

3. Caregiver Placement

While we strive to match families with the most suitable caregivers, final hiring decisions are made by the client. We do not guarantee caregiver availability or continued placement after the initial hire.

4. Fees & Payments

All fees for services (e.g., placement fees, hourly care) are clearly communicated before engagement. Late or non-payment may result in service suspension or additional charges.

5. Background Checks

All caregivers are thoroughly screened, background-checked, and CPR-certified to ensure the highest standards of safety and care.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide a safe, respectful work environment for caregivers

• Treat caregivers as professionals

• Respect agreed work hours and terms

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds for prepaid services will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including branding, copy, images, and materials, is the property of Tampa Bay Elite Nannies & Services. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Personal disagreements between the client and caregiver

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Any injuries or claims arising from the misuse of services

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved amicably, failing which, they will be subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the State of Florida.

11. Changes To Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
