Camila is a passionate Colombian-born Tampa resident and the driving force behind Elite Nannies & Services, a boutique agency dedicated to providing exceptional childcare solutions to families in Florida. She moved to Tampa at the age of three and was always drawn to caregiving and the medical field.
Her vision is to elevate the standard of family care in the United States, with a mission to deliver a personalized, reliable, and luxury-inspired experience tailored to each family's unique needs. These services are delivered with core values of respect, trust, and professionalism.
Camila’s journey started with her Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences from the University of South Florida. After graduating, she worked at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital and later in the aesthetics industry at Élan Aesthetics. Her experience as a medical scribe helped her hone attentive listening and empathetic interaction skills, while her aesthetics background blended her passion for wellness and luxury care.

At just 22 years old, while working full-time and applying to nursing school, Camila founded Tampa Bay Elite Nannies & Services. Despite having no business background, she dedicated three months to rigorous research and launched the agency from scratch. Nearly three years later, the agency has grown into a trusted name for thoughtful, intentional childcare placements, with safety, developmental support, and reliability at its core.
Camila is currently furthering her education with a Bachelor’s in Registered Nursing at Rasmussen University and gaining practical experience as an ICU Nurse Extern at Moffitt Cancer Center.

Her love for childcare spans back to when she was 15, showcasing her long-term commitment to this field.
